Anxiety and Depression

We start with a free 15-minute phone call. It’s low-pressure. You can ask me anything and see if we’re a good fit.
Step 2: The First Session
We’ll dig into your life - what’s working, what’s not, and what brought you here. We’ll talk about your past, your present, and what you hope for in the future. Then we’ll create a flexible, personalized plan that grows with you.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
You’ll have regular one-on-one sessions in person. Between sessions, I’m available for quick check-ins or clarification if you need support along the way. Therapy isn’t just what happens in the room. It’s what you carry with you afterward.
