What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is a diagnostic interview where we’ll discuss your concerns, background, and goals for therapy. This helps us determine the best approach for your healing journey. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to dive into everything at once.
Do you offer therapy without medication?
Yes. While some therapists may advocate for pharmaceutical solutions, my approach focuses on holistic, mindfulness-based healing through meditation, visualization, and feelings work. I discuss alternatives for mental clarity and emotional well-being, but I do not prescribe medication.
What if I’ve had bad experiences with therapy before?
Many of my clients have felt unheard, dismissed, or pressured in past therapy experiences. My approach is different, I provide honest, nonjudgmental guidance while empowering you to make decisions that align with your values and goals. Therapy should challenge and support you, not just validate your fears.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. A late cancellation fee of $30 applies for changes made within this timeframe, and a $60 no-show fee will be charged if you miss your appointment without prior notice.
